Ufab Problem Statement
Cities with similar morphological patterns (as defined by measurable characteristics) may face similar problems and could share similar solutions. But, they do not share information for a variety of reasons.
One reason is that there is no single taxonomy by which cities in different parts of the world describe their districts. This limits both problem determination and solution sharing. For example, if Boston identifies and solves a particular problem in one of its districts, that solution can only be useful to other cities if they describe their districts similarly.
This TAFT sets out to produce a minimal set of measurable characteristics of districts, enabling the identification of patterns, that enables cities worldwide to identify similar problems and share solutions.
