Now the bngine i.s totally new. It uses a four-port sLeeve, a Ia K&B6,5. The transfei ports are tola1iy my own anci it spoi.ts a l2-rrun'crankwhj-ch is available 9n1y in the 4.D. ,!5 and they are ver:r harci to coxie by.

NORTHIVEST SPORT COMBA!

PURPOSET To provide a eombat event where the ernphasis is on flying, andnot breaking airplanes. The event is inteded for Sunday flying

sessions so rules may be changed to suit local conditions, When this eventis sceduled for a contest, a firrn set of rules shall be provided in advance.

lvlODEt SPBCIFICATI0NST Aircraft must be of the sport type, such as the FliteStreak, Ri.ngrnaster, Yak-9, ete. Models shall be

decorated to resemble fu11 size aircraft. Model need not be from a kit,but must be similar to those described. Models intended for AivIA slow combatsuch as the Mongoose will not be eligible unless modified to resenble fullsize aircraft. Final decision as to whether a model will be allowed tocompete rests with the participants and the contest director.ENGIIIESr The only engine allowed is the Fox 35 StuntFLJELT The only fuel allowed is sport-stunt type (5F nitro)LIllESr Shall be .018" x 60', of mul-ti strand construction.STREAXERST As per AI{A rr.[esSCORINGT Cuts equal 1000 points each. Air time equals 1 polnt per second.

In the event that a match winner breakshis rnodel during that match, he forfeits his position to the last person hebeat who still has a flyable model. This could be the person he just beat,or someone fron a previous round.
