“Your life is the sum of all your choices.” - Albert Camus

“We…believe that one reason so many school and Uni. students

have so much trouble focusing on their studies

is because they don’t have a goal, don’t know what all this studying is leading

to.” Muriel James & Dorothy

WHETHER YOU THINK YOU CAN

OR THINK YOU CAN’TYOU ARE RIGHT……

or are YOU?????

True or untrue not as important. We can organize thoughts in termsof their helpfulness:

* helpful thoughts – are consistent with one’s values and goals and facilitate values-congruent behavior

* unhelpful thoughts – are inconsistent with one’s values and goals and interfere with values-congruent behavior.
