• our intention: all students registered before the deadline will be able to go to one of their (six) preferred destinations

• how to increase your chances on getting to your ‘most preferred’ destination: - nominal study load - high average mark - not too many “UT wide” partner uni’s - less popular destinations - special programmes

• registered after deadline: - first come first serve for the remaining

places - limiting factors:

deadline of the partner university deadline scholarship application

Procedures (plural)

• Mobility Online @ UT: workflows for “outgoing mobility”

• at the foreign university: workflows for “incoming mobility”(could also be Mobility Online …)

• you always participate in two workflows!

(and note: the foreign university has to approve your ideas as well!)
