STUDENT PERSONAL ITEMS 2020- INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Congratulations to Ziggies Educational Supplies for being selected as the preferred supplier of student items in 2020 by the School Board. This decision was made based on the excellent feedback received from both staff and parents. Your support in purchasing your child’s requirements through Ziggies Educational Supplies would be greatly appreciated by the school, as Falcon Primary School will receive a rebate of 20% on all stationery items. Parents are assured of receiving quality products at competitive prices and help raise funds for our school.

Parents are under no obligation to order from Ziggies and may choose alternative suppliers if they wish. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Attached to this letter is your child’s item list for 2020, and an information sheet (see reverse) that provides you with Anticipated Additional costs for 2020 to assist you with budgeting and planning your finances.

Parents should complete one order form for EACH child enrolled at the school. 1. Carefully read the instructions provided by Ziggies Educational Supplies. 2. Remember to print your child’s name, your contact number, email address and postal address clearly

on each order form. You can then be contacted directly by the supplier if required. ORDERING OPTIONS

1. ORDER ONLINE (Option of Free Delivery or School Pick Up) You can make an order online and collect and pay for your order on school collection day Thursday 30

January 2020. For FREE HOME DELIVERY you must order and pay online by 20 December 2019. Orders AFTER 20 December 2020 will incur a delivery fee of $6.00 per child or $10.00 per family. This can be done by visiting booklists.ziggies.net.au using the school code FAL (school pick up) or

FALD (for home delivery), select your child’s year level and use the password ZZY172. 2. RETURN ORDERS TO SCHOOL (by Wednesday 11 December, 2019) NO CASH PAYMENTS TO SCHOOL. There is an option to prepay on the order form or payment can

be made on collection from the school on Thursday, 30 January 2020. COLLECTION/DELIVERY OPTIONS

An opportunity to pay the voluntary contribution is included on each order form and collected on behalf of the school by Ziggies. Alternatively VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS ONLY can be paid directly through the school’s ANZ Bank account BSB 016 205 Account Number 408401369 (Please include students surname and initial).

• Payment on collection: credit card, EFTPOS & cash facilities are available. No cheques will be accepted on the day of pick-up.

• If you know that you are not available to attend the pick-up day, a friend or relative may collect the bag on your behalf.

• Uncollected pre-paid orders will remain at school and the unpaid orders will be returned to Ziggies Educational Supplies in Canning Vale.

• Single Child: Select delivery per child $6.00”

• Family Delivery: Select “delivery per family $10.00” on the first child’s order, then for every additional order, select “additional child $0.00”. Enter the full name & year level of each sibling in the “comments” area so that we can ensure all orders are sent together.

• Track your delivery online at www.auspost.com.au.

• All parcels must be signed for. If you are not home to receive the parcel it will have to be collected from the relevant Post Office.

MISSING ITEMS: If you have any items missing from your pack that are not listed as being on back order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ziggies.net.au. Any claims made after this date will not be accepted.

REFUNDS: • Refunds will be granted for textbooks/workbooks on your Requirements List that are in PERFECT condition up to the 16th February 2020

or 14 days from date of purchase (whichever is the latter). PERFECT condition = still wrapped in packaging, no name written on, no bent corners, no book covering.
