Dr. Raelin's most recent book is titled Creating Leaderful Organizations: How to Bring Out Leadership in Everyone. He has published more than 100 articles in business and professional
journals such as Human Resource Planning, Organization Management Journal, Action Learning: Research and Practice, and Academy of Management Learning & Education.
The workshop will assist faculty in developing experiential learning class activities and in developing approaches to using reflective thinking as a learning tool.
