DESCRIPTION
Shortly after my mother's death, I learned that my parents had been coerced into a package Trust designed to create conflict and changed law firms to Stebelton Aranda Snider 10 months before Mom died. This firm had done this with at least one other family. Such a coincidence that one of Alyson's only friends had the unique last name Stebelton. When I advised my father of my potential intent to contest, Alyson mad her first phone threat to shoot me. Then she, Beth, and Sierra ambushed me in a field with a club and with the assistance of LCSO, falsified this heinous report.. Notes/NarrativeOn 06-19-10, I was dispatched to 8146 Morse Road to speak with Aliyson Beem on a possible domestic situation. Upon my arrival, PataskalaPD was already there securing the scene. We made contact with Aliyson Beem who lives at 2300 Watkins Road, and was at this residence withher dad. She stated that her sister Kim Beem who lives in Chicago continues to call and harass her father. She states Kim is mad because she isno longer executor of the estate of their fathers will.
Ms. Beem advised Kim showed up at the house today demanding to see her father, and was threatening her when she told her to leave. Ms.Beem stated that she had a club with her and was waving it around at them. She told Kim to leave, but she refused to do so, and took off in hervehicle through the field to look for their father who was out mowing hay.
A short while later, Kim Beem showed up to talk with us. In speaking with her, she advised she came down to see her father for fathers day.She did state she had a falling out with Aliyson a few years ago, and Aliyson has mental issues. She advised that she pulled in the driveway, andAliyson told her to get off the property. She told her that she was going to see her father, whether she liked it or not.
I asked Kim if she threatened Aliyson with a club, and she stated she didn`t. In speaking to Aliyson further, I asked her who owns the property,and she stated her father did. I explained to her that since she didn`t own the property, then her dad would have to be the one to make Kim leaveto her. I also explained to them that it was up to their father who he makes executor of the will as well.
Kim stated she already made arrangements to see her father tomorrow morning when Aliyson isn`t around. Aliyson just wanted the incidentdocumented. Nothing further. Dep. Murphy #23.
