FaresAll bus, MRT and LRT commuters are charged a fare according to the total distance travelled oneach mode of transport. With the introduction of distance fares, you can make transfers withouthaving to pay a boarding charge for every transfer that makes up your journey.

Similarly, Taxi customers are charged metered fares based on distance travelled, with different flagdown rates and other applicable surcharges.

Bus FaresFares are calculated on a journey basis. There are no boarding or transfer charges.

If you would like to pay by cash, you may check for the correct fare on the fare chart at theinformation poster at the bus stop before boarding the bus. Do place the exact fare into the fareboxas no change will be given.

Upon paying for your fare by cash, a bus ticket will be dispensed from the ticket dispenser for you.Please do hold on to your ticket till the end of your bus ride as you would require it as proof of farepayment if a ticket inspector were to board the bus.

Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) chargesThe passenger is required to bear the ERP charges shown on the Invehicle Unit of the taxi. The ERPcharge is deducted each time the taxi passes through an ERP gantry(http://interactivemap.onemotoring.com.sg/mapapp/index.html?param=redirect) that is inoperation.

Please reimburse our driver for the ERP charges incurred during the trip and for Fuji Xerox Towers dropoff.

Wheelchair TransferOur London and Starex taxis offer wheelchair users pointtopoint service in safety and comfort. Limousine ServiceLimousine taxis are available upon request at the Singapore Cruise Centre at HarbourFront and TanahMerah, VivoCity, Sentosa (Beach Station) and Singapore Turf Club.

$15 surcharge is applicable for each additional stop to the final destination

Cancellation of confirmed bookingA $10 charge is applicable for cancellation made within two hours prior to agreed pickup time. 100%full charge per trip/per hour will be charged if the driver is already proceeding to the pickup point orPassenger No Show.

Sentosa entryRates quoted exclude entrance fees to Sentosa, if any.
