Farmington Chamber of Commerce Mission Statement:

The Farmington Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of serving and advancing the civic

and business interests of the City of Farmington and the Four Corners region.

Dear Chamber Member,

We are pleased to provide you with the Farmington Chamber of Commerce 2015 Annual Report. This report

provides an overview of the Chamber’s achievements over the past year.

As we look back over the past 12 months, we feel a strong sense of gratitude to the many people who provide

leadership to the Farmington Chamber, including the Board of Directors, all the committee members and most

important our members. Thank you for your continued support.

We are optimistic about the Chamber’s future. We remain steadfast in our commitment to be a strong advo-

Prepare annual operating budget for board review

Ensure that all financial documents and reports are completed and filed accurately and in a timely manner for the board to

Implement proper controls and oversight to prevent fraud, and insure a strong ethics and compliance program are in place.

Health & Wellness Committee

Focuses on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our community

Holds Annual Health Fair each year

Legislative Committee

Monitors pending legislation that’s important to local businesses and shares its thoughts with legislators

Promotions & Special Events Committee

Plans the Chamber’s annual Chile in October and Music on the Rocks

Responsible for creating and implementing non-dues revenue for the Chamber
