As I explained, …….Every member will have their own page…that can hold photos. It is so important that you send us images of your business to make sure you are well represented. Right now, we only have a description of you.

What we need:Photographs – High resolution in 300 dpi:

• Jpg or tiff format

• Vibrant & visually beautiful shots that highlight who you are and what you do:

o Exterior & interior architectural shots, engaging shots of your customers/events,guest rooms for hotels, food shots for restaurants, etc.

• Please ensure your photos are named/labeled with the name of your property and description of what the photo is of to avoid any confusion

• Please include “photo credit” if applicable

What to do:1.Complete the attached image release form and fax to Carolyn Johnson at 646-216-8644 or

email to info@welcometoharlem.com. (We cannot use your photographs unless we have this form.)

2.Send us your photos in one of three ways:• Email jpg or tiff versions of your photos to info@welcometoharlem.com

• For files too large to email, please send a CD to the following address: Welcome to Harlem, Inc., 2360 8th Avenue, Suite D, New York, NY 10027. Attention: Carolyn Johnson

Nothing makes an impression like great photography of the attractions, cultural organizations, historic sites, restaurants, hotels, entertainment and more that make Harlem the most exciting cityto visit.

Image requirements: Contributor must own the image (images without proper ownership/license(s) will not be

accepted) Image must not contain any third party intellectual property Images must be recent (not more than two years old) Images must be in digital format and at least 300 dpi resolution in jpg, eps, gif, or tiff format Images submitted to Welcome to Harlem, Inc. must be accompanied by this completed and

signed release form Images must be named to most accurately describe the image (property name_room_etc.)
