COMBINED SOCIETY MEETING: Sun., Feb. 16 after 11:00 a.m. Mass in the Ed Center. Please attend.

WORLD MARRIAGE DAY: In observance of World Marriage Day, there will be a renewal of marriage vows

on Sat., Feb. 15 at the 4:30 p.m. Mass and on Sun., Feb. 16 at the 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Masses. Couples should

attend Mass together so you can renew your marriage vows and receive your blessing.

ANNUAL DIOCESAN MASS FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITIES: Sun., Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. at

St. Peter’s Cathedral. Bishop Bambera will celebrate this mass to recognize the many gifts brought to our

parishes by the special needs community.

2ND ANNUAL DAY OF MOURNING MASS FOR THE UNBORN: Sun., Feb. 23 at the Oblates of

St. Joseph Chapel, Rt. 315, Pittston. The Rosary will begin at 2:30 p.m. followed by Mass celebrated by Rev. Jo-

seph Sibilano at 3:00 p.m. Music ministry is provided by Ernie Pappa and the Sacred Heart Singers. All are wel-

come!

ASH WEDNESDAY MASSES: There will be three (3) Masses on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 8:00 a.m., Noon

and 5:30 p.m. at St. Leo’s/Holy Rosary Church.

PERPETUAL NOVENA IN HONOR OF OUR LADY OF THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL: Every Monday

after 8 a.m. Mass the Novena will be prayed. Please come to honor our Blessed Virgin Mary.

DEVOTIONS IN HONOR OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS: Every First Friday of the Month we will

have devotions in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus following 8 a.m. Mass.

COMMUNION FOR THE HOMEBOUND: Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion from St. Leo’s/

Holy Rosary take Holy Communion to the sick/homebound. Calls are made the First Friday and Third Sunday of

every month. Please advise family members or friends who cannot attend Mass that they can have an

Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion bring the Lord Jesus to them. Anyone wishing to receive Commun-

HOSPITAL/HOME VISITS: If you or a love one are hospitalized or homebound and wish a visit from

Father Dang, please call the rectory (570) 825-6669. Due to HIPPA regulations, hospitals will not

provide us the names of our parishioners. Father Dang wants to make sure that his parishioners are

visited and blessed when they are ill. He will be happy to hear confessions when requested. Thank you.

FATHER DANG’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION: Sun., June 14,

Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. at St. Leo’s/Holy Rosary Church followed by a reception at

R&D Memories 566 Fellows Avenue, Hanover Township, PA at 2 p.m.

Adult tickets $25 (Family style): Baked Haddock, Chicken Marsala, Top Round of Beef,

California Mix, Mashed Potatoes, Salad, Dessert, Coffee/Tea/Lemonade & Iced Tea.

Children’s tickets $10 (Chicken Fingers & Fries - Ages 12 and under). Tickets are limited and

will go on sale Sat., April 18 before/after Masses and sold on a first come first served basis. On

HOLY NAME SOCIETY SOUPER BOWL CAMPAIGN: Netted 431 cans this year. A new high,

thanks to all who donated, helping replenish the shelves at the Ashley Food Pantry. Our five-year total

is almost 2,000 cans! Remember also the food pantry donation box in the vestibule is always available

for food donations.
