The median sale price for a condo in South Boston increased 5.4% in 2010. The number of condos sold in South Boston increased by 4.4% in 2010.
According to MLS condos represented 83% of all
real estate sold in South Boston in 2009 and 2010
Currently there are 235 single family
and condo units listed for
sale in SB which is the lowest it has
been since January 2009.
