Holiday Tickets’ Advertisement Making

Entry Fee – Rs.150/- per Team.

Team Composition: Minimum 3; Maximum 5 members

Eliminations :

1. Each team has to choose a product, from a given list, for the elimination round.

2. Each Team has to design a logo and prepare a slogan for the product.

3. Each team has also to prepare a Poster (on the spot) containing the logo and

slogan and submit it within the time allotted.

4. Organizers will provide the chart paper. Participants will have to bring their own

material for drawing, painting, pasting, etc.

5. The poster must be handmade and cannot be a print. Participants can use colored

pens, markers, coloured paper, paints, etc. for poster making.

6. Time duration will be 1 hr 30 min (one hour 30 mins).

Final:

1. Final rounds of Ad Making will be held among 5 top shortlisted teams from the

elimination round.

2. There will be 2 rounds in the „Final‟, details of which shall be disclosed to the

„finalist‟ teams after the elimination round. The Final round will include an on-

stage performance, with a time limit of 5 minutes per team, followed by question

and answer (Q&A) by the judges.

Remote Car Racing

Remote Car Racing shall comprise of two rounds:

10 racers shall qualify for the finals. Their qualification shall depend on their

timings in the Elimination track.

Both the tracks shall be separate with different hurdles.

The rules of both rounds shall be as below:

1. The cars shall be provided to the contestants by the organizers.

2. The racers shall have to bear responsibility of handling the equipment –

cars, remotes and batteries.

3. A new set of batteries shall be supplied to each participant at the start of

his / her race.

4. The racers shall be penalized if they damage the equipment in any way

(e.g. if they break the remote or the car.)

5. Each participant shall be pitted against the other as per their finish

timings.
