Patient initiates a communication session with a care giver Initially both the patient and the care giver have a text chat

session Depending on the condition, they can change the conversation

to either voice and video communication Care giver can take notes on the chat session The session particulars, text chat session and the notes are

logged and can be referenced The system can run on a low-end computer (costing $35) or a

full fledged server Depending on the number of care givers and not on the number of patients

The communication takes place over a secure connection The data is encrypted and stored locally No third party involvement to complicate HIPPA
