ANNUAL KEYHOLDER PACKAGE$500/yr

For contractor access, FH Security verifies the ID of the contractor, escorts them to and from the premises, and ensures your home is secure after the visit. This package includes 20 entries for contractors and family members, additional access $35.00/day.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO KEYHOLDER SERVICE With our Pay-As-You-Go keyholder service you will only be charged when you request Security services. You will receive a detailed report after each visit containing information regarding what was completed with dates, times and pictures.

� HOMEOWNER ACCESS(Registered Homeowner Only)

No Charge

If you locked yourself out or forgot your keys, Friday Harbour Security can sign out your spare set of keys and allow you access to your unit so that you can better spend your time enjoying your stay. ID will be required when you pick up your keys from the Security Control Center for no charge.

If you wish for Friday Harbour Security to drop off or pick up your keys to or from anywhere on the Resort a charge of $35.00 will apply.

� VACATION WATCH

While you’re away, FH Security will perform regular interior and exterior checks of your home to ensure your peace of mind. This service involves entering the home, checking for issues such as water (required by most insurance plans), turning off/on lights or appliances, mail pick up and removal of any packages. This service will mimic an occupied home to satisfy insurance requirements. Check with your insurance provider to confirm how often you require checks to ensure your coverage does not lapse.

� GUEST ACCESS

For those instances where family members are visiting or guests are coming to stay, we will provide access to your home pending your authorization. Guests can sign out your key for the duration of their stay and Friday Harbour Security will ensure that upon their departure, your unit is safely secured, and your key is placed back into our safe.

� CONTRACTOR ACCESS

FH Security verifies the ID of the contractor, escorts them to and from the premise, and ensures your home is secure after the visit.

� ALARM RESPONSE

Guaranteed phone contact within 2 minutes and a response time of 10 minutes after receiving the alarm.

Have an expected or unexpected delivery coming? You can ask Friday Harbour Security to meet the courier and we can place the package inside your front door or secure the item. A photo of the packages will be taken, and a detailed report will be sent.

Friday Harbour Security will send you a detailed report on the state of your home including pictures of the interior. This detailed document will capture each room and will outline any damage if need be. Friday Harbour Security will ensure all appliances have been turned off and doors and windows are secured once the inspection is complete.

This package includes a pre-event full clean up along with a security detail during your event with dedicated shuttle service4 for you and your guests. This package also includes a post-party clean up to ensure all your party-planning needs are met.
