We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with drive and energy to join our new French sales team. This group will consist of 7 people and is part of our European sales team.
Your main tasks will be ensuring optimal technical service support to BK Medical’s customers as well as our sales and clinical staff as needed in France. The ideal candidate will be versed in customer support, able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, and ideally have prior experience in medical imaging field service.
You:
Have a technical education of min. 3 years in electronic products.
Have several years of field service experience in medical imaging.
Have knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
Speak fluent French (native) and communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken).
Are a self-starter, dynamic, and outgoing.
Can stay focused, also under pressure.
Demonstrate a flexible attitude and positive view on life.
Are willing to travel in France and abroad.

BK Medical France
We are part of a global organization with a local sales office in Lyon, France.
Our French sales team will consist of 7 people. We are responsible for sales, application, and service of BK Medical products in the French market.
We ensure that annually set targets are achieved and we do everything we can to find and keep satisfied customers.
We work closely with Marketing, which is located in Denmark and USA. We provide them with market feedback, and we work with the Finance department for follow-up on achievement of budgets.
All field positions are home-based jobs where employees are responsible for their own sales/application areas.

When it comes to research, we have collaborated with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) for more than 20 years. Together, we have completed 2 high technology projects for advanced ultrasound imaging. We are currently part of a large-scale project with DTU, Danish hospital Rigshospitalet, and the University of Copenhagen concerning extreme high-resolution ultrasound.
