HomelessnessPreventionandRapidRe‐HousingProgram(HPRP)–provideshomelessnesspreventionassistancetohouseholdswhowouldotherwisebecomehomelessandtoquicklyre‐housethosealreadywithoutahome.Whetherapplicantsaresufferingfromtheeffectsofthecurrenteconomiccrisisorfromotherlong‐termorchronicproblems,theirneedswillbeaddressed.ClientsofHPRP,bothindividualsandfamilies,willbere‐housedinamorestablelocation,oneinwhichtheynolongerhavetoworryaboutbeingwithoutaplacetolive.Thusservicestoclientsincludesecuritydeposits,rentalassistance,utilitydeposits,utilityassistanceandhotelormotelvouchersforrelocation.HPRPalsoprovidescasemanagement,coordinatesservicesandconductsoutreachandengagementtoletmorepeopleknowaboutthissupportiveprogram.Theyalsoguidethehousingsearchandplacementactivities,offerlegalservicesrelatedtohousingandassistwithcreditcounseling.
