• Habits normally take a minimum of 21 repetitions to begin to internalize.• “Bad” habits are much easier to break of they are replaced with “good” habits.• A habit can only be modified, eliminated or initiated only if the person beholden to the

• Charlie Sheen – was his bad behavior reward by the media?

• Let me give you airplane example…• Did Mom reward bad behavior?
