the lini$hing machine &or the $ta&& to go through when he wa$ tr%ing to e2it1 and u'on tri''ing1 when the $ta&&

tried to alance him$el&1 he ended u' hitting hi$ head again$t one o& the $har' corner$ o& the machine. A&ter thi$

anal%$i$1 rele#ant $te'$ were taken to en$ure that thi$ doe$ not re'eat in the &uture. *rotecti#e 'adding wa$ added
