Membership Deliverables

Deliverables/Programs1. Email a friend

• Email template for existing workplace members to introduce colleagues who may not be members to the group. Maybe give a point or a prize to whomever signs someone up (March-April) prior to Dallas Summit

2. Chapter Outreach• Create a PowerPoint presentation introducing the workplace community to regional chapters.

Presentation would be a 10 minute (maximum) introduction that can happen before chapter programs. It would be designed so it could be given by select current members in each region. (March-April ready) Rollout to select regions by November summit (6 minimum in ’09)

3. International Outreach• Similar to chapter outreach but with message crafted to international, June-July completion, roll

out at International summits and regional chapter meetings (3 minimum in ’09)

4. Emerging Leaders• Liaise with chapters that have recruiting for younger professionals and align with younger

members of community (workplace). Utilize social network and website to communicate membership advantages.
