• Log in from home at www.firstcolumbiabank.com to set up your own password.

• Complete the information requested.• For your security, you will receive a

phone call from us to complete the enrollment.

Choose the self-enrollment feature from our website.

•Business Online Banking is available for businesses with EINs.

•Ask your banker for a Business Online Banking enrollment form.

•Complete the form and have the responsible parties from the business sign and date.

•Your username and temporary password will be mailed to you.

First Time Login• Go to our website

www.firstcolumbiabank.com.• Click the Login button.

• Enter your Username and click Sign On.

• Complete the secure code process. is is an added layer of security utilized when the soware does not recognize your device.

• If you do not recognize the phone numbers displayed, it means that your username has been typed incorrectly or you are not yet enrolled. Contact e-Banking & Customer Support at 570-784-1660 for assistance.

• Type your password and click Sign On. Your password is valid for 90 days.

• Download our Free mobile app from the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).

• Log in using your online banking username and password.

Even if you will not use text banking, signing up allows you to receive alertsvia text instead of via e-mail.

Alerts can be set up using Administration > Alerts.

• Mobile web has all of the same product and security features as the mobile app.

Bill PayBill Pay allows you to pay bills, review payment history and pending bill payments,and receive e-bills. Bill pay is FREE!• You must first be signed up for online

banking (follow the steps to sign up).• Log in.• Click on Money Movement.• Click on Bill Pay.• Click on Enroll.• Add your payees.

e-Statements are secure, convenient, andFREE! To sign up, log into online banking.

• Select the Tools tab. • Select Account Statement.• Click Go Green!• Choose “Email Notification & Online

Access” for each account you wish to convert to electronic statements.
