• Area of construction: 86.4m x 46.8m grid= 4043.52 m2.

• To construct 39 First Floor reinforced steel concrete columns at 60 x 30 cm to a height of 2.10m.

• To construct a Second Floor Slab to an area of 4043.52 m2 thickness of 250mm. Height from first floor slab 2.45m
