Dynamic Training, Plyo, Strength moves and Killer Abs.
• Step & ToneCombines Step aerobics-inspired moves and muscle-defining exercises with light to medium weighted dumbbells, body bars and medicine balls. Great for step enthusiasts, new exercisers and anyone looking
for an all-around enjoyable and effective workout .
• BodyShock Bounce• Is an easy, fun dance fitness that showcases hip hop, pop, and island flavors and dance moves you can take
to the dance floor
• BodyShock Kickbox• An amazing fat burning cardio workout. It is inpired by mixed martial arts such as Twae Kwon Do, Karate,
Copoeira, Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Results: Better cardio fitness, muscle tone and abdominal framework.
