Helps them to feel that they are members of the worldwide Muslim community.

What are the Five Pillars?

“There is no God except Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah”.

KALMA

NAMAZPraying five times a day.

All Muslims should face Macca, when praying.

People should wash before they pray.

ROZA

Muslims must not eat food & drink in the month of Ramadan during daylight hours.

ZAKAT

Each year, Muslims are supposed to give a some of their savings.

Charity.

HAJJ

The pilgrimage to Macca (the Hajj) is an obligation only for those who are physically and financially able to do so.
