Inverter with proper dressing by using cable tie, ferrules, PVC pipes for running

cables through the structure, glands, lugs etc .

• PCB/JB with B&N and fixing the frame.• Termination of DC cables at PCB/JB including crimping of lugs and connectors.• Laying of Communication cables.

• Installation of Monitoring equipments.

Fiber Optic OSP Construction:

Flash Sat Systems provides full-service underground ducting OSP Construction and

restoration services. We are specialized in the placement of new utilities. We have

OFC Network Maintenance:

OFC Route Patrolling:

Patrolling is the main event in OFC route Maintenance, it is includes in the scope o

O&M. The patroller will visit the total specified OFC routes on daily basis, and watch

closely to prevent OFC damage.

PM & CM Team:

Preventive Maintenance is carried out on behalf of agreed as per service level agreement

around the clock, which has executed by the telecom operator. Frequent visit is

necessary to RSU/MSU and cell sites for testing to keep the network strengthen. All

fiber testing is done bidirectional as every month and reports are submitted to field

engineer. There is any faults is identified in fiber routes or any related OFC equipments

failure accrued. It’s rectified with coordination of field engineer.

Fiber Break Maintenance:

Team will be mobilizing with full fledged and well equipped with tools & accessories,

and skilled manpower available i.e. 24x7 methods. The fiber break is analyzed and

rectified appropriately within MTTR as per scope of maintenance, after rectification o

failure; the reports will be submitted by specified formats by monthly basis.

Deployment of O&M Team:

Deployment of O&M team is carried out completely for OFC Splicing and Termination. The team consists of Route Patrollers, Coordinator, Splicing Engineer, Splicing

Assistant, Team Assistance and driver. The team is available around clock on regular

basis i.e. 24x7 for maintenance in the event of any emergencies as per scope of work.

O&M Equipment, Tools & Tackles:

OFC Splicing Machine, OTDR, Laser Source, Power Meter, Visual Fault Locator, Live

Fiber Identifier, OFC Splicing Tool Kit, Cable Fault Locator, Bare Fiber Spool, Power

Generator, Dewatering Pump, Hot Air Gun, Jack Hammer, Trenching Tool kit, Road

Meter and Splicing Vehicle.



Microwave Installation and commissioning:

Flash sat Systems have experienced staff to competently undertake a wide variety

of RF communications technology maintenance, construction and installation projects,

Microwave antennas, Installation and commissioning. We emphasize efficient project

planning, monitoring and management Close adherence to safety regulations as per

international standards.

Scope of work:

• Declaration of site particulars from customer along with TND/RND

• RFI check in near end and far end as well ensuring the site permissions

•

Material reception at both ends and checking as per packing list.• Assembling and hoisting of MW antennas/radios on tower in both ends as per

TND/RND.

• Clamping and routing of if cables from Shelter to Antennae in both ends.

• Grounding the antennas and RF cables at appropriate place

• Fixing transmission rack if required in both ends

• Installation & commissioning of IDUs in shelters

• Alignment of Microwave antennas till we achieve required receive level

• Grounding, weather proofing and labeling all cables in both ends

We offer In-building solutions with GSM/UMTS Technologies. These solutions

enables operators to optimize their mobile network to meet ever increasing demand for

high-quality. We are providing a setting up and integrating In-Building Solutions to

meet specific customer needs in relation to coverage. We have efficient skilled and vast

experience by providing In-building solutions in RF planning design, installation and

commissioning. These solutions are mostly based on Distributed Antenna Systems.
