“ Finishing my degree at COSC was one of the best things I have
done in my life. Obtaining my degree was an important factor in
finally getting the job I wanted. Many thanks to all who made my
dream possible.”
“ Charter Oak offers a distance learning environment which makes
it easier than ever to obtain a degree … while staying focused on a
career. The program offers opportunities that cannot be matched by
the traditional on-campus environment.”
“ Charter Oak just makes sense for busy adults to earn a needed
degree. Charter Oak customizes programs to the customer … the
active adult who wants to complete a degree in a no-nonsense way.”
“ Based on several conversations with friends and coworkers who
went to either a four-year college immediately following high school
or graduated after part-time studies at a traditional institution, I
believe I received an education at Charter Oak that was not just
comparable (which I would have been very happy with) but was
exceptional to their traditional academic experiences.”

“ Charter Oak was a perfectly sized institution; not so small that course
offerings were limited, and not so big that you couldn’t talk to a real human
being when you called … it is “right sized,” allowing professors, counselors,
and staff to know their students and help them through challenging
circumstances. It’s the niche Charter Oak holds over other institutions.”
