If you aren’t looking to purchase new instruments we can help extend the life of your existing equipment through a programme of survey and maintenance; making your instruments more efficient and reducing your capital and maintenance budgets.

Here is a brief summary of our services:

CalibrationOver the course of a flow meters’ lifetime it is recommended to be calibrated at regular intervals to maintain best accuracy. Without re-calibration, the accuracy of the meter can drift resulting in poor repeatability measurements and general under-performance which could affect your process and product quality.

Icenta calibration service helps you maintain your standards. On receipt of your flow meter, we evaluate the condition, compile a report and provide a quotation to calibrate and if necessary adjust and repair the instrument. The instrument is returned with a calibration / test report with your choice of measurement points normally 3-10 with several repeats.

Our small volume prover (SVP 250) is capable of measuring a variety of liquid viscosities from 0,6 -100 mm2/s (Cst) with flow ranges from 12ml/min to 1500 l/min with a typical 0.04% accuracy. The SVP can measure several fluids (But not limited to) Water, Synthetic and non-synthetic oils, alcohol, hydrocarbons, biofuels and methanol. A 24-hour Emergency calibration service is also available.

For higher flow ranges of water/conductive fluids we are able offer our gravimetric flow calibrator up to flow ranges circa 300 M3/hr. An emergency calibration service is also available.

On-Site ServicesWe’ll visit your site and perform the service you need whether it be a survey or installation.

SurveysWhether you have just one or a whole network of instruments measuring flow and/or level we’ll conduct a survey for you. The surveys we offer include; risk assessment, instrumentation location or even a simple meter count.

ServicingTo keep your instrumentation in perfect working order a programme of regular servicing can save you not only the cost of purchasing new kit but the time and resources involved in making the purchase.

ConsultationWe listen to our customers needs and use a consultative approach to providing the best solution possible. Magnetic Flow Meters

The mag-flux F5 design is especially suitable for measuring small flowrates and for dosing applications (e.g. food additives or chemicals). This type of electromagnetic flowmeter is available with small inside diameters.

The high-powered flowmeter consists of the SITRANS F M TRANSMAG 2 transmitter and the sensor SITRANS F M 911/E being the best choice for special applications such as pulsating flow, media with low conductivity and high percentage of solids.

SITRANS F M MAG 3100 is an electromagnetic flow sensor with a large variety of liners, electrode material and with grounding electrodes as standard, all this ensures a perfect fit for almost every flow application.

The MCS100 is a compact, fast response air mass flow sensor equipped with a µF (Micro Flow) sensor chip. The MCS100 offers a various Flow range, in addition to its wide rangeability.

The meter belongs to the group of positive displacement meters where pre-determined volumes of gas passing by means of two counter-rotating impellers or rotors.

The principal of the Rotor Gas Meter is well known. It is a positivedisplacement type of meter, passing pre-determined volumes ofgas by means of two counter-rotating rotors or impellers.

The Turbine Gas Meter measures gas velocity. The flowing gasis narrowed, accelerated and conditioned by the meter upstreamstraightening section. The dynamic forces of the fluid cause theturbine rotor to rotate.

The D-Series is available as DIN panel mount indicator, transmitter, controller and monitoring system for flow, level, pressure and temperature measurement applications in industrial environments. The D-Series is the better alternative for your existing, not waterproof, front panel mount indicators.

The D-Series is supplied in a unique, robust IP66, IP67 (Type4X) panel mount front enclosure made of die cast aluminum, based on a popular DIN sized enclosure with a 144 x 72mm front. F Series

The F-Series product range offers you an extensive selection of indicators, controllers and monitoring systems for liquid and gas flow applications as well as for level, pressure and temperature measurement. Exceptional functionality in a well designed sturdy industrial enclosure has ensured that the F-Series has become a very popular range of local indicators, controllers and signal transmitters.

The F-Series has been developed for typical industrial environments. It is rugged and weather-proof through its coated aluminum IP67 / NEMA 4X field enclosure. More cost effective, but industrial, the GRP enclosure offers the same ingress protection rating and is ideal for salty atmospheres. The enclosures can be mounted directly onto sensors, walls or pipes but are also suitable for panel mount applications with one major advantage: it requires minimal depth clearance.

E Series

The E-Series provides a range of user-friendly indicators, transmitters, totalizers and monitoring systems designed to be used in harsh and difficult hazardous area applications. It is beyond being explosion proof. Its sturdy design and ease of use are unequaled by any other explosion proof indicator in the market!
