What is Peripheral Neuropathy?

Nerve damage, referred to as peripheral neuropathy, is severe and has been linked to patients taking antibiotics in the fluoroquinolone family.

A study published in Neurology on August 22nd found a doubled increased risk of developing peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage) from using fluoroquinolones (FLQs).
