Costs are per adult in AUD and are based on twin-share accommodation. Single prices apply to persons travelling alone and offer sole use of cabin/room.

Pricing is based on lead in available cabin categories. Cabins may have obstructed views. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in charges, taxes and currency.

Once booked, your fare is only subject to any increased taxes, fees and port expenses. You will be notified of this before it is added to your fare or to your onboard account. Airfares, cruise and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Hotels are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

Packages include ‘Earlybird’ airfares which are valid for bookings made by 30 March 2015. After this date, package prices may be subject to increase.

The onboard credit amount varies depending on the itinerary chosen, is in US dollars per stateroom and is subject to change. The onboard credit is not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be used in the medical centre or casino.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Once you have decided on your holiday, simply ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to book it with us. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. An option will be given for 3–7 days and before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit. The deposit amount required to secure your holiday may depend on the length of your cruise. A minimum deposit of $1200 per person will apply. Your Cruiseco Travel Agent will advise you at the time of booking, should any additional deposit amount be required and when payment is due. This deposit secures your cruise berth and hotel room. Final payment is due 100 days prior to departure from Australia. If your booking is made within 100 days of departure from Australia, full payment will be due immediately. Failure to pay the deposit by the option due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Any special meal requirements will be made on a “request” basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise your Cruiseco Travel Agent of your requirements at time of booking.

To secure ‘Earlybird’ airfare package price, an additional deposit amount may be required. Your Cruiseco Travel Agent will advise you if this is necessary.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY PRICEGratuities (Hotel Service Charge)*, Optional Tour and Transfer Packages, local city taxes, passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages (except as specifically mentioned in each itinerary), items of a personal nature, optional excursions etc. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise of your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government.

Fares do not include additional accommodation made necessary due to flight schedules. Gratuities are not included and are payable on board. Transfers between airport, hotel and port are not included however can be added at additional cost.

*A daily Hotel Service Charge is automatically added to each guest’s shipboard account. At the time of printing, the Hotel Service Charge is US$11.50 per guest, per day (US$12 per guest per day for Suites and Mini Suites) and is subject to change without notice. If the service exceeds or fails to meet your expectations, you are free to adjust or completely remove this amount at the end of the cruise. The Hotel Service Charge is paid entirely to Princess Cruises crew members and represents an important part of their compensation. A 15% service charge is automatically added to bar charges and dining room wine purchases.

SIGHTSEEING TOURS & TRANSFERSSightseeing tours and transfers are subject to availability at the time of booking and at additional cost as outlined on the applicable cruise page. Sightseeing tours are subject to change at any time. Sightseeing tours and transfers may be subject to minimum numbers which, if not met, may result in an increased cost for that service. All transfers are provided on a private basis unless otherwise specified.

ITINERARY CHANGES Princess Cruises reserves the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time.

TRAVEL INSURANCEWe recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not waive any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip.

BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSIn the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday, if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. These cancellation fees will be levied by the shipping company and possibly the airline and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to your travel date that you cancel. You should check very carefully with your Cruiseco Travel Agent what these fees are, before you make your booking.

A fee of $25.00 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEESNotice of cancellation must be made in writing to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. The following scale of charges (includes G.S.T.) will apply when notice of cancellation is given prior to holiday departure.

QANTAS FREQUENT FLYER POINTS & MEMBERSHIPQantas Frequent Flyer points and complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer membership are awarded on Cruiseco holidays. Qantas Frequent Flyer members will receive one Qantas Frequent Flyer point for every $1.50 spent. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is complimentary for all customers who have made final payment for their Cruiseco holiday and are not already Qantas Frequent Flyer members. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is non-transferable and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Points are not awarded on port charges, government fees, and air taxes. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. This offer may be withdrawn at any time which may occur before final payment is made.
