Skid Backup This item is composed by two different SKID units, fixed on the same structure. All parts are doubled and alternate automatically with a timed system, ensuring the absence of working interruptions and allowing eventual works of maintenance , without a production interruption POLIMAT®SERIES MODELS : Skid/Skid Backup Features Polimat ® is a series of mixers conceived for high flows with high prevalence, made for "cold end" or "hot end" application, it's can employ either well water, mains water or osmosed water. It is suggested in companies where the concentrations of the lubricant are constant for many production lines, making convenient the centralizing of the mixing unit. All the mechanical parts are thought to prevent malfunctions and for reduce as much as possible the ordinary maintenance. The "SKID backup" version uses two separate pumps for sending the solution, ensuring the continuity of supply even in case of failure, programmed maintenance and, if taken individually, absence of electrical or pneumatic energy. In case of long pieces of tubing, situation that favoring the formation of molds and algae it is possible to install a further pump, which automatically inject a fungicide product during the preparation of the mixture.
