The new FMIS 5.0 User Interface is a simple, intuitive screen that utilizes a tabbed drop-down menu design that is familiar to most end users. With only two clicks or less the FMIS user can reach all main functionality.

Unsuccessful Bill File Upload

State, Division, HQ end user attempts to load a file with all 3 bill types (ARRA, HTF & Fedlands). The load is unsuccessful and FMIS 5.0 displays multiple pre-validation errors

Edit Bill Details End user successfully uploads a file and then edits all relevant details of the bill

Managing Projects

End user can add & modify projects. • Export Results, Data Pagination, User Customizable Filters

Signatures End user can sign, unsign and resign projects as well as provide justification for single signature or group projects for block signature.
