With reference to your application on the subject mentioned above, you are hereby requested toappear for an interview before the Selection Committee on the 19th January 2017 at the below address:

Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, External ScholarshipDivision, West Block-1, 2nd Floor, Wing 6, R. K. Puram, Sector-1, New Delhi - 110066 (in front of SewaBhawan, Gate No.2, within a kilo metre from Hotel Hyatt Regency).

2. To appear in interview, the candidates must bring the following papers/documents:

(i) Three copies of duly filed in application complete in all respects, in the enclosed format(Annexure-I).

(ii) All Original Certificates!Degrees, including Experience Certificate(s) for verification.(iii) Three copies (self-attested) of each of the relevant documents in support of age,

educational qualification and experience etc.(iv) Three passport size photographs pasted on the enclosed application form (in triplicate).

(the medical certificate in the form should be duly certified).(v) Conversion of grades into percentage duly certified by the concerned

university/Institute.(vi) English version of degrees/ certificates (Self-attested) which are in language other than

English.(vii) Copies of letters/e-mails exchanged with universities/supervisors in Israel.(viii) Proposal of study/research to be undertaken in Israel (at least 500 words).(ix) Bring your Journey Tickets (original ticket of Inward-journey and photo-copy of ticket

for outward-journey) for TA Claim. The reimbursement ofTA would be made into thecandidates bank account. Therefore, the candidates are required to provide their bankdetails at the time of interview as per (Annexure-II)

3. Outstation candidates will be paid second class sleeper (non AC) ticket fare by Mail/Express train(and/or lower class bus fare where train facilities are not available) by the shortest route from their placeof duty/ residence/study-in-India to Delhi! New-Delhi and back (mentioned as present address in theonline application). TA claim form will be supplied in the Ministry. TA claim would be credited into theapplicant's bank account as per the details furnished by them in the Annexure-II. Please keep in view(while arranging return journey ticket) that the interview may continue till evening.

4. It must be clearly understood that the date and time of your interview is fixed and cannot underany circumstances be altered. You are, therefore, advised to take all precautions to arrive in time.

5. If you fail to bring the above requisite documents and papers, you will neither be entertained norbe paid travelling allowance.
