Dosha
• What is ayurveda?
• What are the doshas? Read the following article and write a summary of qualities of each dosha in point form. http://www.yogajournal.com/article/ayurveda/intro-ayurveda/
• Take the survey at http://www.yogajournal.com/article/ayurveda/whats-dosha/ to find out your dominant dosha. Explain whether this sounds like you.
• Identify five types of food recommended for your dominant dosha.
