With a strong focus on sensory and flavourperception, these demonstrations are supported
by leaders in theingredients sector, anddelivered by leadingchefs and experts inflavour pairing and thedesign of healthy foodconcepts.

Drink WellDrink Well is a dedicated area of the exhibition,showcasing ‘better for you’ drinks - from thenaturally functional through to reformulatedbrands. This bespoke area enables visitors to tasteand learn more about the nutrient profiles of arange of soft drinks.
GOED PavilionFood Matters Live will host a dedicated GOED pavilion,providing a focused area offering expert advice onOmega-3 through a series of timetabled “Ask theExpert” sessions, delivered by GOED members.
Free-From ZoneThis new zone provides exhibitors connected tothe rapidly expanding free-from sector with abranded area to highlight latest innovations andnew product development.
