Internal Food Safety Auditor

Cost: $638 (Including GST) Duation: 1 day

VITAL is an initiative of the Australian Food andGrocery Council Allergen Bureau. It is a calculationtool and methodology to assist in allergen crosscontamination control, and precautionary labellingdecisions.The morning session provides information on foodallergen hazards, as well as practical controlmethods based upon international food safetystandards. The afternoon session involves apractical training workshop developed by theAllergen Bureau. The workshop is designed toprovide the knowledge and skills required to applythe VITAL system in your business.

Upon successful completion, participants willreceive an Allergen Bureau Certificate.

HACCP Refresher

Cost: $1,150 Duration: 3 days

Learn how to apply the (Codex Alimentarius) 12 stepsof HACCP, including the 7 principles, and understandhow to develop and integrate appropriate pre-requisiteprograms into an effective food safety plan for yourbusiness.The course introduces relevant food law, and reflectsupon international food safety standards and bestpractice.This course is suitable for those with no previousHACCP training, and for those with experience of thesystem who wish to update or refresh their skills.

Principles of HACCP

This courseexplores the attributes of an effective HACCP basedfood safety program using a case study, and alsoconsiders the application of HACCP principles inrelation to current industry standards and legalrequirements.This course is suitable as a refresher for those withprevious HACCP training, and also for those withexperience who wish to update or refresh their skillsand knowledge.
