EITC and Child Care Tax credits will expire

Senate Budget Committee released FY 2016 Budget Resolution on and key features include:
Sequestration remains in tact
Cuts to human needs programs (cuts deeper in Senate Budget but still significant)
Block grant Medicaid
Mandatory program cuts to SNAP/Food Stamps, SSI, Child Nutrition (calls for 1.2 trillion in unspecified Mandatory cuts/$660 B must come from income security programs
