ENVIRONMENTAL An environmental assessment was commissioned by the Vendor in 2010 thru 2012. After the Phase 1 and

Phase 2 studies were completed, the Ministry of Environment issued a Final Determination Letter dated Jan

4,2012, which indicated that: “…the site identified below is not a contaminated site”, and “The Information

provided indicates that the site does not have concentrations of substances that exceed standards prescribed

in the contaminated Sites Regulation for industrial land (soil and vapour) use and drinking water and

freshwater aquatic water uses”.

The Subject Property is located one block from Penticton Regional Hospital which recently completed a major

expansion of the David E. Kampe Tower: a six (6) storey tower is phase one of a $312 million upgrade to the
