I am very pleased to see that the Volume 27, Number 2 of IJCIM includes selected papers

as proof of our ongoing commitment to serve the community of researchers. We will continue to

collaborate to making our journal better. Please carefully look at guidelines about paper format at

www.ijcim.th.org and send your papers on topics of current interest in computer sciences, Internet

technologies and management for the upcoming issues to me ([email protected]). I will

get your paper reviewed by experts in your field. If the initial response is favorable, I will request

you to submit your camera-ready final paper as soon as possible for publication in the next edition

The first paper titled “Implementation of Des Algorithm in Python” is written by Sakshi

Agarwal, P K Bharti, and Rajesh Kumar Pathak from India. This paper was overviewed the

implementation of DES algorithm in python language, by underlying ideas and common

techniques without going into too many details on each topic. And this paper also illustrated

Comparative study between implementation of DES algorithm in Python language and Java

language.

The second paper titled “Architecture of OERs-MS: the System of Open Educational

Practices” is written by Phantipa Amornrit, Jaitip Na-Songkhla, and Panita Wannapiroon

from Thailand. This paper aimed to propose the technological structure of an Open Education

Resources Management System (OERs-MS), and to study the expert’s opinions on the OERs-MS

developed, by dividing the study into 5 stages include analysis and synthesis of documents related

to development of OERs-MS, design of the technological structure and architecture of the system,

system development, implementation, and study the expert’s opinions of the OERs-MS by 8

specialists in related fields.

that Affect Firms’ Export Innovation through Market Orientation” is written by Sudaporn

Kuntonbutr from Thailand, Howard Combs from USA, and Manfred Kulken from

Germany. This paper examined the export firms’ capability that affects international market

performance in relation with the market orientation and firms’ innovation for foreign market, as

well as to examine international market turbulent, and the purpose was to uncover how export

firms can overcome the foreign market by their operation.

The fourth paper titled “Tasks Processing Allocation Based on Memory Usage Performance

(TPA-MUP)” is written by Amnat Sawatnatee and Somchai Prakancharoen from Thailand.

This paper done to design a scheduler of task allocation time of simultaneous running two

independence majority tasks, and objective of task allocation scheduler was to minimize two tasks

memory usage while they were both processing.

The fifth paper titled “A Causal Relationship Model of Business Performance Sustainable

Supply Chain Management of Electronics Industry in Thailand” is written by Chetphanat

Leelasrisiri, Tharinee Manisri, and Subin Yurarach from Thailand. This paper consists of

The sixth paper titled “Development of Data Quality Framework for Linked Data Readiness

Assessment of Thailand Open Government Data” is written by Phimphan Thipphayasaeng,

Marut Buranarach, and Poonpong Boonbrahm from Thailand. This paper proposed an

assessment model for measuring semantic and linkable potential of open data to support an

improvement towards Linked open data readiness, and the model was designed to use content

statistics of data for calculating score to represent difference of data potential for linking in range

of 0 to 1.

The seventh paper titled “Molecular Marker Discovery for Ovarian Maturation Level of the

Black Tiger Shrimp from Microarray Data Using Genetic Algorithm” is written by Supoj

Hengpraprohm, Suwimol Jungjit, Kairung Hengpraprohm, and Dech Thammasiri from

Thailand. This paper done to propose an embedded-based gene selection method in the black

tiger shrimp microarray dataset using Genetic Algorithm (GA), and analyzed the effect of selected

genes for ovarian maturation level in the term of biological perspective by conducting experiment

on 6 black tiger shrimp microarray datasets which were publically available.

The eighth paper titled “Learning Management Knowledge Based on Constructivist

Approach and Metacognitive Approach for Metacognition Development” is written by Natarika

Thongsomnuek, Thiyaporn Kantathanawat, and Paitoon Pimdee from Thailand. This paper

Management: a Case Study of a Retail Store” is written by Sudawan Leepaitoon and Chayut

Bunterngchit from Thailand. This paper aimed to find economic order quantity and reorder

point of the inventory in a retail store under the uncertainty of lead time and demand by applying

the Monte Carlo Simulation to determine the purchase order policy with the selected best sales

goods. Due to the fact that from the past, the store manager purchased a large amount of inventory

to fulfill the customer demand without the appropriate techniques, which led to over-inventory.

The store had lost more than THB 1 Million per year from the excess inventory.
