The form provides the following coverages:

▪ Total General Aggregate Limit And Per Project General Aggregate Limit – This coverage adds a Total General Aggregate Limit of $5,000,000. It also adds a Per Project General Aggregate Limit in an amount equal to the General Aggregate Limit shown in the policy Declarations.

▪ Property Of Others – Limited Care, Custody Or Control Coverage – An exception has been added to the Damage To Property exclusion for “property damage” to “property of others” that arises out of the insured’s operations and is not caused by conversion or unauthorized taking or use. This coverage is subject to a $25,000 Each Occurrence Limit, a $50,000 Aggregate Limit, and a $1,000 per occurrence deductible.

▪ Lost Key Expenses Coverage – This coverage provides a $2,500 Each Lost Key Event Limit for the sum of all “lost key expenses” because of “property damage” arising out of an “occurrence” of a “lost key event”, subject to a $250 per occurrence deductible.

▪ Blanket Additional Insureds (Contractors) (Including Products-Completed Operations) – Provides blanket AI coverage for premises/operations on an excess basis. However, coverage is also extended to products/completed operations if required by contract. In addition, coverage can apply on a primary and non-contributory basis if required by contract.

▪ Blanket Waiver of Subrogation – When required by a written contract or agreement, our right of recovery against that person or organization is waived when certain requirements are met.

▪ A minimum charge of 5% or $500, in addition to the policy minimum premium.
