Highlight the cells

Select the border icon and choose the border you want The Students’ test results

now have a grid border around them

Filling a cell with colour

Highlight the cells you want to fill with colour

Select the paint bucket icon and choose the colour you want

Converting to currency

Highlight the cells you want to change to currency (press Ctrl to highlight more than one column)

Right click Format cells

Step 3

Select the number tab and then currency two decimal places with the pound sign. Then Press OK
