I could not participate in the activities because, I was busy going around, showing and explaining to the participants how to make the flower vase.

Each of the group were eager to learn and took part in the activity.

The group consists of 14 members, and they were divided into group of 2, with 7 groups in total.

The materials was shared among the 7 groups.

Learning Point From the FacilitationI observe that the activities boost young people life

skills and ability, as they learn how to deals with ranges of challenges and communicating with different type of people within the group.

Another aspect was that, the activities enable the participants to develop interpersonal skills, such as, confidence, social interaction and responsibility sharing.

The activities also enable the participants to get really involved.

Limitation to the facilitation

The materials was not enough to go round for every one. I went there based on the information I got, that there were only 10 young people registered for this year. This was a bite difficult for me.

Time was another limitation, 30 minutes was given to the activities, this was quite restrictive, as I have to go round to shared the materials. Also some of them were slow learner.

The young people do not like taking picture, during the activity.

EvaluationOverall the facilitation went well, as each participants were excited to part-took in the activity.

The participants really love art and craft a lot. This was one of the reason why all of them were fully involved, and found it very comfortable to ask for help throughout the facilitation.

I thought my facilitation was going to be very difficult, being my first time in the youth club, but it wasn’t.
