Fotonaponske ćelije• Princip rada: Pod djelovanjem fotona izbijaju se elektroni iz osiromašenog područja PN
spoja (obično silicij) i putuju prema negativnom sabirniku, a pozitivne čestice (šupljine) prema pozitivnom sabirniku – EM sila (napon).
• Napon jedinične ćelije: 0,5 V gustina energije: od 50 A/m2 na više zavisno od vrste materijala ćelije i intenzitetu zračenja
• Efikasnost 15 do 20%
