SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS Proposals must be submitted on standard 8.5” x 11” paper. All supporting documentation must be on paper no larger than 11” x 17”. Proposals must include the intentions for use, a site plan drawing, and timeline for completion with your best offer price for this parcel. Proposals and supporting documentation must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Former Government Center/Fire Hall Redevelopment Proposal.” Mail or deliver to: Anna Gruber City of Sartell 125 Pinecone Road N Sartell, MN 56377 Proposal deadline for receipt is noon January 14, 2021. Any proposal arriving after the deadline will not be accepted. It is not the City of Sartell's responsibility to acknowledge receipt of any proposal.
