VACANCY NOTICE NO, 14/21 FILLING UP THE VACANT POSTS OF TEHSILDAR/NAYAB TEHSILDAR/KANUNGO/PATWARI/

AMIN/ LEKHPAL/ VILLAGE OFFICER/ KARAMCHARI EITHER ON DEPUTATION BASIS OR THROUGH RE-ENGAGEMENT OF RETIRED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a Statutory Authority under Ministry of Railways, set- up by an amendment to the Railways Act. 1989 for development of Railway land and Air space for commercial use for generating revenue through non-tariff measures. RLDA is looking for working

or retired government officials of various ranks for deputation or re-engagement at various locations in the country at attractive perks & allowances for serving officials and attractive remunerations for

retired government officials appropriate to their rank. The scope of work. locations of post and eligibility of officials.

2. Applications are invited for the following posts from the serving and retired officials of Central/State Governments/PSUs/Statutory Authorities under Central/State Government. The specifications/ requirements of the vacancies are as under:

In addition to above. the retired Government officials shall be eligible for allowances@l0% of basic monthly remuneration + Rs.500 towards telephone charges.

Tenure of () For deputation of serving officials: 3 years 2 years (4th & 5th year) extendable by VC/RLDA deputation/re-

engagement (i) The re-engagement of retired Government officials shall be initially for

year, further extendable upto 3 years on yearly basis subject to maximum of 67 years of age. (i) Officials Patwari/Amin/Lekhpal/Village Officer/Karamchari or analogous posts in the Pay Level 9, 8, 7 & 6 respectively on regular/substantive/MACP basis in parent cadre or those working in one stage below that level on

regular/substantive/MACP basis in parent cadre, shall be eligible for one level higher post on deputation basis.

Eligibility working as Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar, Kanungo,

(i) Officials retired from the post of Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar, Kanungo,

Patwari/Amin/Lekhpal/Village Officer/ Karamchari or analogous posts in Land Records and Revenue matters, shall be eligible for re-engagement with suitable designations suffixing as 'Expert'.

in) Experience of dealing with matters related to Land Records and Revenues etc. is mandatory for both the above.

Applications received through proper channel and with verification of service particulars, SPE/D&ARWigilance clearance and enclosure of APARS will be preferred. However, a copy of application may also be sent by the applicant in advance to RLDA for timely processing of selection. On selection, such applicants will be allowed to join RLDA after NOC, Vigilance/D&AR clearance and relieving by the parent office.
