Fred Aujas
• Fred Aujas is a French director, and isn’t very well known in the UK.
• His work is based in Motion design, Matte painting & FX, and 3D. His videos play with reality and fantasy, by creating new worlds and
creatures. I like his style, each of his videos are different, but carries his style through out them with colours, animation and use of layers.

Karimouche / Raggamuffin
• This compared to the P’tit Kawa video is more modern, with lighter colours but carries on his style of using animation and green screen.
• This video features the artist heavily, having her playing two characters.
• This is also his second video with this artist.
• It feels more feminine through the use of colours, it uses more pinks while his other videos reds and oranges are used.

• He experiments with lighting, with in the opening with the swinging light.
• He also uses close ups.
• Its also in black and white, while other music videos he has directed are colourful. He has kept in mind the artists style.
• Urban world.

BABYLON CIRCUS / J'aurais bien voulu
• The director has work with the band with captions in their touring dvd, and stage design.
• In J'aurais bien voulu, he uses green screen heavily for the artists to feature in it, as narrators guiding the audience through the story.
• He uses the bands motif of the clown ; the main character is an clown.
• He uses reds and oranges when the band members are in a scene.
• I like the narrative of this video, even thought I don’t understand what they are saying, I can still follow with the visuals.
