QUILT ASSEMBLY Refer to diagram on the left for rotation of strips around panel.1. Sew (1) B 11/2” x WOF strip to left side and right side of Panel piece. Press and trim even with top and bottom of Panel.

2. Sew (1) B 11/2” x WOF strip to top and bottom of Panel piece. Press and trim even with sides of Panel.

3. Sew (1) D 21/2” x 331/2” to (1) C 21/2” x 111/2” strip. Sew DC strip to left side of quilt center.

4. Sew (1) D 21/2” x 221/2” to (1) C 21/2” x 221/2” strip. Sew DC strip to the right side of quilt center.

5. Sew (1) D 21/2” x 211/2” to (1) C 21/2” x 211/2” strip. Sew DC strip to the top of quilt center.

6. Sew (1) C 21/2” x 31” to (1) D 21/2” x 12” strip. Sew CD strip to the bottom of quilt center.

7. Sew (1) E 21/2” x 291/2” to (1) F 21/2” x 191/2” strip. Sew EF strip to left side of quilt center.

8. Sew (1) E 21/2” x 291/4” to (1) F 21/2” x 191/2” strip. Sew EF strip to the right side of quilt center.

9. Sew (1) E 21/2” x 271/2” to (1) F 21/2” x 191/2” strip. Sew EF strip to top of quilt center.

10. Sew (1) F 21/2” x 191/2” to (1) E 21/2” x 271/2” strip. Sew FE strip to bottom of quilt center.

11. Sew (1) H 21/2” x 171/2” to (1) G 21/2” x 351/2” strip. Sew HG strip to left side of quilt center.

12. Sew (1) H 21/2” x 351/2” to (1) G 21/2” x 171/2” strip. Sew HG strip to left side of quilt center.

13. Sew (1) G 21/2” x 18” to (1) H 21/2” x 33” strip. Sew GH strip to top of quilt center.

14. Sew (1) H 21/2” x 33” to (1) G 21/2” x 18” strip. Sew HG strip to bottom of quilt center.

FINISHING Cut batting and backing 3" larger than top on all sides. Layer backing, batting and top and baste or pin. When quilting is completed, trim excess batting and backing. Bind as usual. Note: If this Benartex pattern is included in a kit, any ques-tions about the kit should be addressed to the vendor from whom you bought it.
