the sunset of the special immigrant nonminister religious

worker program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,2

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.3

This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Faith Act4

of 2015.5

SEC. 2. SPECIAL IMMIGRANT NONMINISTER RELIGIOUS1

WORKER PROGRAM.2

Section 101(a)(27)(C)(ii) of the Immigration and3

Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(C)(ii)) is amended4

in subclauses (II) and (III) by striking before September5

30, 2015, both places such term appears.6
