Elizabeth is the organisational lead for the Integration Programme at NHG. Prior to this role, she worked at Genesis Housing delivering the Genesis Way transformation programme and had various positions culminating in her role as Deputy CEO.

Paula Kahn Chair Metropolitan Board

Paula has been Chair of Metropolitan since 2013. Metropolitan is one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. She is currently Treasurer of the Association of Charitable Foundations and the Stuart Hall Foundation, and a Trustee of the Cripplegate Foundation.

Dawn joined Campbell Tickell’s HR and recruitment team in December 2017. She is responsible for the oversight of in-house support on all permanent and non-executive recruitments, as well as all HR and organisational development projects. She is an accomplished practitioner with more than 16 years’ experience in all aspects of HR and OD.

Moreen joined HDN as Mentoring Programmes Coordinator in 2018. She has responsibility for staff programs in the East of England and Midlands and supporting board excellence and mentoring projects in the London area. She previously worked as training manager and organisational development consultant in the local government, business support and charity sectors.

Gera Patel Partner Campbell Tickell

Gera has worked in the social housing sector for more than 25 years and joined Campbell Tickell’s employment as a Senior Consultant in 2008 and is now a Partner. She leads the practices’ HR & recruitment business and usefully combines her HR and recruitment work with her wider consultancy experience.

Charlotte Paxton Interim Change Project Management Morgan Sindall Property Services

Charlotte is Chair of Hyelm Housing Association and a member of Housing Diversity Network (HDN) South Board Mentoring Steering Group. Charlotte is also an HDN programme speaker and mentor. Charlotte’s career spans the private and voluntary sector with extensive experience in business change and project management.

HouseProud supports members in their personal and career development and raises awareness of LGBTQ+ issues across the sector. It influences policy and decision makers, with leading academic research with the aim to improve the experience of LGBTQ+ customers. HouseProud works in partnership across the housing and diversity arenas.

UNIFY are a collection of BAME groups working together across the housing sector to; share information, promote initiatives, host BAME network events, pooling resources to maximize impact and increase BAME senior management opportunities through cross housing BAME mentoring and coaching.

UNIFY currently includes four London based housing associations: Clarion, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, and L&Q.
