TRANSCRIPT
FROM THE CHAIRMAN’S DESK
Catering to the needs of school going children to aspiring engineering
and Management students and Research Scholars, the “East West Group of
Institutions” has come a really long way from the year of inception in 1968.
Having entered 48th year and inching towards the Golden Jubilee, the institute
has achieved quite remarkable strides in providing quality education
affordable to aspiring student community.
All this history is being created by Late Sri. C.M . Nagaraj, founder
chairman a visionary, an acknowledged educationist, a philanthropist, a social
worker and also served as BBMP Mayor.
His prime motto was to provide state-of-the art educational assistance to students from all walks of life.
He devoted his precious time, effort and life to transform his ambition into reality. The institution offers
education in wide array of Graduation courses in Engineering, Science, Polytechnic, Management,
Pharmacy, Nursing etc., apart from schools with many branches. The campus is being designed with fully
integrated facility like Wi-Fi and with broadband. The Institute is equipped with multiple state-of-the art labs.
The main campus is located off Magadi Road Bangalore with its spacious 20 acre land with an impressive
infrastructure and a new campus in Yelahanka New Town closer to the Bangalore International Airport.
As the great saying goes ‘where there is a Will there is a Win’, preparation can mean the difference
between Winning & Losing. It has been our sole motto to help our students to realize their goals & reach their
desired destiny in this highly competitive world. We provide an extremely conducive environment to enrich
the personality of our students & enhance their skills by providing the best of opportunities.
Our vision is to work for the holistic development of our students. We provide our zealous students the right
impetus to achieve success in their academic pursuits & quest for knowledge. Our enthusiastic teaching
fraternity has been successful in nurturing personalities to transform youth into responsible citizens. I am
more privileged to know that, 'East West College of Management' is introducing an innovation by bringing
this hand book of 'Calendar of Events 2016-17' which covers the academic and non-academic programmes. It
is a pioneer step and unique approach to education. I am sure, it will reward us with rich dividends in the days
to come.
My appreciation to the team who is instrumental in bringing out this new methodology and creation to
ensure the expected academic excellence and quality. My best wishes to all who choose to study in this great
institution.
With Best Wishes,
C.N Ravikiran
Chairman

The programmes and curriculum brought in the field of academic
excellence in the management college will surely act as the booster to all the
students to build their knowledge and carrier as a spring board during their
studies at this institute.
I recollect the old memories of our Founder Chairman Late Sri. C. M. Nagaraj who had the dream of
bringing academic to the needy with a robust initiation. Today I am extremely happy to note that the vision and
mission of the great philanthropist is realised by introducing this calendar of events for 2016-17. I wish all
those staff members who have contributed and shared their selfless service for building this institution strong
and to scaling new heights in the days to come.
With Best Wishes,
