INOTHERM, a fast-growing company, specializes in the production of high quality ALUMINUM front doors. We employ around 250 well-trained employees and produce more than 30,000 individual doors each year.

Our range is based on the proven Schüco system, supplemented by many proprietary patented optimizations. These not only support the extraordinary technical features of these front doors, but also ensure that our doors stand out visually from the competition.

INOTHERM exports most of its products (95%) under its own brand to Western European markets and also has its own distribution network. The products are suitable for both single-family and terraced homes as well as for business premises. The front door range is supplemented by two additional modules: safety doors and service doors.

INOTHERM front doors are prized for their distinct appearance, high quality of finishing and versatility. A wide range of optional door accessories creates a wide range of individual design possibilities that will delight even the most demanding customers.

ALUMINUM front doors from INOTHERM are made of profiles with above-average thickness. As a result, one can practically rule out the possibility of deformations caused by extreme climatic conditions. In times of increasingly extreme weather andtemperature fluctuations, this provides assurance that distortion will never occur and thus ensure easy opening and closing over their lifetime.Our EXCLUSIV series doors in patented sash design with a dilation layer and an enlarged thermal break guarantee a construction with absolutely dimensional stability and optimum tight fit between the door leaf and the frame.

GUARANTEED LONG SERVICE LIFE

SUSTAINABLE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

All materials used are recyclable and environmentally friendly. All waste is recycled according to the A|U|F material recycling system.

The surfaces of the ALUMINIUM front doors are extremely resistant to a wide variety of weather conditions. They are finished in high-quality powder-coating and will retain their color and shape over many years with little maintenance and care.

External stainless Steel elements used in the door are made of authentic AISI 316 L stainless steel and have excellent corrosion resistance (e.g. against seawater or road salt). The most important features are: high corrosion-resistance, flexibility, simple care and their non-magnetic quality.Inotherm doors come with 5-year warranty.

TRIPLE-HOOK LOCKING SYSTEM

Additional locking mechanisms are available as options that guarantee safe and

risk-free opening of the front door. These can even include automatic locking systems operated by finger scan, code keypad or wireless remote control.

STAINLESS STEEL SECURITY ROSETTE

The flush-mounted rosette is standard and offers integrated protection against drilling and twisting.

THREE 3-PIECE BARREL HINGES

All front doors are equipped with three thick, adjustable 3-piece barrel hinges. The hinges are available in white, black or EV1 anodized.

ENCHANTING GLASS MOTIFS

You can choose between attractive ornamental, parsol and safety glazing, classic glass with fluted bevel as well as leaded glazing. The motifs are selected according to the model from the catalog or website and can be customized without

surcharge. It is also possible to include a house number or a street name into the design.

YOUR FINGER IS THE KEY –

You can benefit from greater protection from burglars and very easy operation by using modern automatic locks with a choice of finger scan (flush mounted on the door leaf or push-handle), code keypad or wireless remote control with radio doorbell function. These locks have 2 relays.

Match the profile of the front door to the appearance of the house. By default, the AT 100 profile is included. All other profiles are optionally available for a minimal surcharge. The proven Schüco profile system is optimized by numerous proprietary

patents.

Stainless steel applications, house numbers and weatherboards are ush-tted in the door sash. As a special feature on the door market, this gives your front doors extra elegance and exclusivity.

INVISIBLE VENTILATION CHANNEL IN SIDE LIGHT

A clear appearance and smooth design now also in the side light. The ventilation duct is functionally and invisibly integrated into the element without annoying

drainage caps (except the profile AT 70 – here the drainage caps are present).

SMART DESIGN FOR CHANGE IN DOOR HEIGHT

Thanks to the optical-dynamic geometry adaptation, the light cut-out for a specific door height is always adapted automatically free of charge. This way, the front door design will be uniform and harmonious even for higher doors.

XXL DOOR SIZES

The EXCLUSIV door range with unique technical solutions ensures perfect functionality even at heights from 2,251 to 3,200 mm and widths up to 1,260 mm – ideal for modern architecture. The equipment package "XL" offers an additional fourth hinge and extended lock in 4-fold bolt design with reinforced stainless steel profile for an added price.Larger heights from 2,700 to 3,200 mm can be provided with a fixed (removable if necessary) top panel that sits perfectly in place. The upper panels in the design of the door leaf make the door look tall, slim and very modern.

WHAT MUST YOU LOOK OUT FORWHEN BUYING?

THE INITIAL SITUATION

Is it a new building or a renovation? That is a question of great importance. While there are almost no limits for a new building, certain parameters (e.g. door dimensions and anchoring) must be taken into account when replacing the front door. Be aware of these points in advance, and this will make the planning decisions for your aluminium front door easier for you and ensure the best possible end result.

THE LOOK

If there is little light in the entrance area, front doors with glass elements are recommended. If space permits, side/top skylights make the room appear larger and give it more light. You can lend an individual touch to your door with colors and design elements, such as stainless steel applications and elegant handles.

SECURITY

An obviously secure door acts in itself as a deterrent to burglars. Depending on the risk, RC2 or even RC3 security equipment is recommended. These resistance classes can also hold up longer against break-in attempts with tools. Many insurance policies will not pay claims if doors have been left unlocked, and therefore the self-locking front door can be a very useful addition.

INSULATION

Appearance and safety are not the only important features in a new front door -it also needs proper insulation. Well-insulated aluminium doors save on heating costs and reduce energy consumption. Thick insulation not only saves on heating, but also creates a pleasant living environment.
